Brand, Shopify store and content engine for a streetwear label
Jaelen Carson had a label and no system behind it. Forjwell built the brand, a drop-ready Shopify store on its own domain, and an Instagram and TikTok content engine.

01The challenge
Jaelen Carson had a streetwear label worth building and nothing operating behind it. Labels rarely fail on product; they fail on system. Forjwell built the entire launch stack.
02Our approach
Absorb the brand
Voice and visual tone were distilled from references, footage and a tone brief.
Build for drops
A Shopify store structured around the drop model, designed to scale with each release.
Run a content engine
Raw product footage is cut into platform-native Instagram and TikTok content on a steady cadence.
Launch, measure, repeat
Publish, read the data, refine and go again, so growth runs as a system rather than a one-off.

05The outcome
The store is live, the content engine is running, and the label owns a repeatable drop playbook that compounds with every month of the retainer.
